The RiskScape Helpdesk is the user support tool for RiskScape. Users can request help, file bug reports and make suggestions. It is how the RiskScape team communicates with users regarding technical issues and software features. The Helpdesk also features a Knowledgebase (FAQ), where the most common questions are answered.
To request help, file bugs and submit suggestions you will need to register with the RiskScape Helpdesk. This is separate from your RiskScape user login. The Knowledgebase does not require login.
